Salary : $100,000 — $115,000
Summary
Responsible for: Primary support of MAPICS XA ERP and in-house applications. Analyze business problems, help make recommendations, and programming as needed.
Position Duties
Essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Perform daily and weekly backups
- Develop ad hoc reports using Query/400
- Create new or modify existing applications using RPG/CL languages
- Run reports
- Installation and troubleshooting of hardware and software
- Responsible for keeping all system documentation current
Qualifications
- 5 years experience with AS/400 and RPG/CL
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes and design optimal process solutions
- Must have manufacturing industry experience
- Must have good oral, written communications and have a high level of moral and ethical codes
- Preferable with knowledge of MAPICS XA, but not essential
