Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Frontend Developer to join our team and play a key role in designing and implementing intuitive user interfaces for hardware control systems. This role also involves contributing to high-quality, customer-facing documentation that supports end-users in setting up and using our hardware products. The ideal candidate has strong UI/UX development skills, experience with C#, and a passion for creating seamless digital interactions between users and devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces to control and monitor hardware components
- Collaborate closely with hardware engineers and product managers to understand system requirements and user needs
- Design and implement frontend components using modern web technologies, ensuring smooth communication with back-end and embedded systems
- Use C# in relevant parts of the UI stack (e.g., when working with .NET-based services or desktop applications)
- Author and maintain clear, concise, and visually supported user documentation, manuals, and quick-start guides
- Work with UX designers to ensure consistent design language and optimal user experience
- Assist in testing interfaces on physical hardware to ensure functionality, reliability, and usability
- Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and Agile development processes
- Support cross-functional teams by providing documentation and interface insights during customer support and product training efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in frontend development, ideally in contexts involving hardware or embedded systems
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue)
- Experience with C#, particularly in integrating frontends with .NET-based services or desktop applications (e.g., WPF or WinForms)
- Strong technical writing skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in environments involving hardware integration, IoT, or industrial automation
- Familiarity with REST APIs and real-time data visualization
- Exposure to design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) and markdown-based documentation workflows
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and UI testing tools
