Salary : $130,000 — $160,000

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee IT infrastructure and systems management to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Plan, organize, and control IT operations and electronic data management to align with organizational goals
- Recruit, train, and lead IT staff, setting clear job expectations and providing regular feedback to support professional growth
- Develop, implement, and monitor IT systems, policies, and procedures to maintain a secure and efficient technology environment
- Ensure data security, network access, and robust backup systems to safeguard organizational information
- Align IT operations with user needs and organizational strategy, contributing actively to policy development
- Manage the IT budget, optimizing costs while maintaining high standards of service
- Conduct regular assessments of network and data security, staying proactive on emerging threats
- Identify and seize opportunities to enhance and upgrade software and systems to support growth and efficiency
- Create, implement, and maintain IT policies, best practices, and training manuals to standardize procedures
- Develop and facilitate IT workshops and training programs to enhance staff technical skills
- Lead multiple projects and contribute to the development of enterprise-wide technology strategies
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of progressive experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, and service desk leadership
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with JDE ERP applications/modules or a comparable system
- Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems and network infrastructures
- Proficient in data center management, data governance, and cybersecurity practices
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and data protection best practices
- Familiarity with B2B EDI integration technologies is preferred
- Experience in MS SQL scripting is advantageous
- Proven skills in vendor management, including contract negotiation and performance evaluation
- Strong leadership and personnel management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams
