Mechanical Assembly Technician

Location : Fullerton, CA

Salary : $52,000 — $63,000

Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge

• Final assembly & Factory Acceptance Testing of systems prior to deployment
• Remote training DSTs on field installation, operation, and servicing of systems
• Remote or travel to on-site system pre-commissioning, commissioning, customer training, and startup of ColorMatic equipment
• Fielding & troubleshooting calls via phone & online support
• Ongoing PC Hardware & Software management, troubleshooting, and repair
  • Including software licensing used in the ColorMatic equipment
• Maintain & update system functional , documentation, and drawings
• Warehouse Duties: Shop maintenance, shipping, receiving, inventory stocking, and cleaning
• Collaborate & Coordinate activities with Euclid Chemical Managers in Ohio & Texas

Skills, Qualifications, Experience

• High school diploma or GED
  • Additional certificate training in the areas of responsibility a plus
• Windows based PCs & Networks knowledge, or experience
• Industrial automation, electrical, and pneumatic knowledge, or experience
• Hand, power, and measuring tools knowledge, or experience
• Mechanical knowledge, or experience
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and technical language normally found in equipment manuals
