This position is the Project Coordinator of an integrated team of Technology Architects and Professional Services Engineers/Technicians.
The most important overarching objective of this position is to optimize and maintain a project delivery process that is effective, efficient, thorough, and successful in the areas of Client Onboarding, Project Deployments and Client Alignment Implementations.
The primary objective for this position is to coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information. Key Performance Indicators will be essential to success in this role.
The Project Coordinator will maintain a consistent schedule to provide the following services:
Coordinate the activities, projects, and meetings of our Professional Services Technicians, Engineers and Architects so that our clients’ needs are met and expectations are exceeded
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Review processes and procedures to improve project implementation results to our clients
Develop and enforce improvements to professional services processes and procedures
Review and take action on Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports daily
Facilitate the Team “Daily Debrief”
Participate in the weekly Project meeting
Provide exemplary customer service to our clients which may include preparing/editing presentations and technical proposals, managing client information, and running client-specific reports
Assist in conducting peer reviews and quality assurance for team member’s projects
Demonstrate innate attention to detail, organization, and follow through
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
One of the primary objectives for this position is to ensure successful project delivery through our established project processes and procedures. This will require effective coordination and leadership to maintain morale and adherence to Company’s CORE VALUES
You will manage all stages of project delivery – coordination of meetings, scheduling of resources, communication regarding the project internally and with the client, procurement of hardware/software, as well as other special projects.
The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Professional Services Manager as well as the Project Leads to make sure that communication is optimized between the Professional Services team and other teams, as well as our clients.
The Project Coordinator will be forever in pursuit of a way to deliver projects to scope, on time, under/at budget, and eliminate “Dark Time” between teams and our clients.

N-Able (N-Central, Report Manager)
Documentation in the company “Run Book” is essential. All procedures must be kept current and documented in the Run Book in SharePoint.
The Project Coordinator will also run a daily debrief with the team to discuss support metrics (open projects, past due projects, new projects, documentation), current roadblocks (stucks) and other team issues. These metrics will be reported to the company at large on a daily basis, and will include any upcoming cutovers or after hours work.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
2-3 years of Project Management/Coordination experience (IT-related a plus)
Customer Service experience (IT-related a plus)
Ability to communicate professionally with clients and internal teams
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to work successfully with an integrated support team
