Joe Van Tassel has over a decade of experience as a technical recruiter and business owner. He learned the business of recruiting after gaining his Master’s degree at the University of Illinois, and never looked back. As a kid watching his father lead corrugated paper companies, Joe saw a giant brick on his father’s desk day in and day out that said, “Integrity”. That is the basis for how he runs Integress (meaning integrity and happiness), and his family. He lives in Southern California with his wife and two children, and never misses watching the Green Bay Packers play football.
