Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Working knowledge of SolidWorks or other 3D modeling software
Solid working knowledge of PDM, and ERP systems. Experience with Abas ERP highly desired
Team leadership – guidance and growth for Engineers, resource and capacity planning. Ability to guide and coordinate Engineers and make decisions when necessary
Technical project management – organization, tenacity, scheduling, attention to detail
Sales support – Responsive to sales with info, guidance and support presales and immediately after the sale
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks, and to assess and prioritize tasks
Strong record of successful engineering design project execution
Significant experience designing electrical and electromechanical systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate highly technical issues to non-technical audiences from direct hourly labor to C-Suite level
Ability to effectively discern business priorities and business/customer needs, translate these into technical requirements, and effectively communicate these requirements to design engineers
