Summary

  • Role is primary owner of the key business systems used in the organization. This person is primary contact for the product and/or MSP supporting the product
  • Key responsibilities include ensuring all contracts, renewals, additional licenses, pricing, terms, invoices, service changes, third-party add-ons, etc. are managed according to the departmental owner(s)
  • This role will also provide some level of support to the end-user, where applicable, and be primary contact if higher level of support is required with the product or MSP

Essential Duties And Responsibilities (Other Duties May Be Assigned)

  • Track and manage existing agreements with new and existing software solutions
  • Track and manage licensing needs for all subscription services (SaaS)
  • Maintain relationship with vendors and MSP supporting the solution or service
  • Track and maintain expiring licenses and subscriptions
  • Provide basic support for supported applications, where applicable
  • Act as primary contact for escalating support with product, vendor and/or MSP
  • Coordinate with other departments (incl. accounting) for resolving any invoicing and/or billing discrepancies
  • Work with project managers and departmental leads to evaluate new solutions, including upgrades and add-on tools
  • Generate weekly, monthly reports for IT team
  • Collaborate with other teams across the organization

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • 3+ years in related role in addition to bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Software Development, or related field
  • Strong experience in evaluating, using and/or managing cloud-based applications and services
  • Proficient in using one or more of the following systems: NetSuite, Salesforce.com, Slack, O365 Suite, Microsoft Azure platform
  • Some familiarity with quality management system (QMS) or product lifecycle management (PLM) preferred, but not required
  • Broad business and/or technical work experience
  • Ability to translate technical jargon into executive friendly terms
  • Demonstrate ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including an ability to articulate ideas clearly and appropriately influence others
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and teamwork skills
