Customer Support Representative

Location : Fort Worth, TX

Primary Job Duties

• Interact directly with customers via phone and email
• Reply to RFQ’s by providing pricing, delivery, and general product information
• Assist with the placement of customer orders
• Verify accuracy of customer orders
• Function as company gatekeeper
• Clarify and relay customer questions and requests to internal departments and return appropriate responses to the customer
• Set up new customer accounts
• Other duties as assigned by responsible manager

Qualifications

• Confident interacting directly with customers and colleagues via email and phone.

• Attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple customer interactions at varying levels of completion
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Products
• Team Oriented
