Summary
The Director of Product Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing the plan to stabilize and grow the hearing health receiver and microphone solutions business over the next 2-3 years. The Director of Product Marketing will be the unifying force behind product strategy and execution, combining sales, marketing, R&D, and customer goals to set the strategic vision and lead new feature and product execution. Working with the senior management team, the Director of Product Marketing will assess market opportunities, timing and the competitive landscape and develop the overall product vision to best utilize company resources to grow revenue and profit and ultimately deliver the most exceptional hearing health receiver and microphone products in the industry. Responsibilities
- Managing product line life cycle and strategy: new product launches, growth, maturity and end of
life phases
- Developing a strategy for growth and drive objectives through the organization with particular
emphasis on driving the balanced armature technology into the consumer markets
- Working closely with customers and account managers to develop product roadmaps and timing
- Reducing market drivers and needs for new products and experiences to product requirements
- Prioritizing and communicating requirements and roadmaps to R&D and the rest of the
organization
- Providing direction and leadership for global new product introduction teams to drive rapid and
effective new model launches
- Leading efforts for continuous improvement to reduce time to market for new products
- Collaborating with the global sales teams to identify new business opportunities and promote
respective product lines
- Working closely with the global account managers to develop account strategies – including
pricing, product positioning, product mix and the alignment of forecasts and delivery. Support
customer meetings and provide product training
- Working with manufacturing sites in China, Malaysia and Cebu (Singapore) to drive efficient
inventory management, ramp plans and capital investment timing
- Engaging with program managers, development engineers, research scientists, and advanced
manufacturing engineers to drive meaningful innovation and the sharing of product and customer
information and market insights
- Building and articulating a solid understanding of current, adjacent and targeted end markets
including growth drivers, trends, technology inflection points and market participants
- Be a subject matter expert regarding the benefits and applications of the products and maintain
awareness of market, industry and customer trends
- Managing the creation of go-to-market assets

someone with the demonstrated ability to successfully develop, communicate, and execute a highly complex
strategic vision.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Senior manager within a complex technology company (switches, connectors, SoCs, and other electromechanical components) with a minimum of 10 years of related industry experience
- Experience running a global organization
- Intimate with the competitive landscape, related business trends, and has developed and implemented
strategies and product roadmaps that have resulted in significant growth
- Must be technically astute and approach marketing and product management from the systems perspective
- Must have exceptional communication skills
- Responsible for not only developing the product strategy and vision for the organization, but communicating and presenting that strategy up and down the chain of command within Company
- This person is internally collaborative, apolitical, and a strong team player. This person is also a strong business person

Education
The finalist candidate should have a technical degree (EE, ME, or physics). Top tier MBA is highly preferred.
