Collaborate with Research and Development team to develop solutions for customer problems
Identify market opportunities in Commercial and Military Aerospace markets
Analyze market opportunities by determining technical requirements and ROI
Act as Subject Matter Expert during new product release
Use Project Management techniques to drive projects to completion on schedule
Train Commercial and Military sales team on new products and sales techniques
Act as the point of contact between Engineering and Sales
Work closely with aerospace customers to qualify products
Identify potential applications for Company to develop new products
Work with customers to implement the library of Company approvals, including service bulletins, OEM approvals, product approvals from other operators, part manufacturing approvals, and supplemental-type certificates
Develop strong customer relationships with key stakeholders throughout multiple departments in the customer’s organization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific or engineering discipline
Proven experience in product development in the Aerospace industry
Strong background in chemistry and chemical processes
Exceptional communication and organization skills
Ability to travel 8 – 12 days per month for customer visits, conferences, etc.
Must be US citizen

Experience with aviation corrosion and/or corrosion prevention
Experience with polyurethane chemistry
Experience with Aerospace OEM specifications
Experience with ASTM and ISO standards
Experience with FAA regulations
