Quality Assurance Associate

Location : Fort Worth, TX

We are seeking a versatile individual to be a part of our quality assurance team. This position will be responsible for providing support to the Quality Assurance manager.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist Quality Assurance manager in maintaining AS9100 Quality Management System
• Review processes on an ongoing basis to determine where improvements can be made
• Ensure all customer requirements are effectively incorporated into processes
• Assist with quality management audits
• Answer customer complaints and document corrective actions resulting from such complaints
• Conduct First Article inspections
• Review customer contracts and orders to ensure compliance with requirements
• Complete and return customer surveys
• Work with production to implement inspection procedures to reduce waste and errors

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in the quality assurance field
• Understanding of AS9100 Quality Management System requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to read engineering drawings

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• Experience with ASTM and ISO standards
• Experience with FAA regulations
