Salary : $200,000 — $230,000

Seeking a senior Quality leader with experience driving end-to-end product quality strategy across a global organization, spanning new product development, manufacturing, reliability, quality management systems and material compliance. This is a key leadership role in the organization who defines and deploys strategic Quality initiatives that ensure our quality systems and performance exceed customer expectations.


Position reports directly to the Sr. Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.


  • Develop and drive global organizational strategies, objectives and metrics that deliver continuous execution in product Quality and Delivery
  • Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing and Supply Chain to design Quality into new products and processes. Facilitate new product introductions, process improvements, and problem resolution that lead to increased yields, efficiencies and reduction in scrap and returns
  • Lead global Quality Management systems, Regulatory and Material compliance across all facilities and products
  • Lead Reliability Engineering and Test Lab teams
  • Manage our Supplier Quality team to develop a strong supply base that delivers best in class quality
  • Drive our global corrective action processes to provide effective problem analysis, resolution and prevention in a timeframe that meets customer expectations
  • Ensure Quality strategies and resources align with cost/budget targets


  • Ability to lead and develop a global Quality strategy; set aggressive targets and hold teams accountable
  • Has experience as part of a business management team and is comfortable as a leader taking a strong role to drive Quality inside and outside the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and work with large global cross-functional teams to the successful achievement of common goals
  • Highly motivated; possess vision and enthusiasm
  • Serve as a change agent in the organization and transform the Quality team into the voice of the customer


  • Engineering degree with a minimum of 15+ years’ experience leading a global Quality organization, preferably in the electronic component manufacturing industry. Advanced degree in Business or technical field is preferred
  • Extensive global customer-interface experience. Able to manage customers in both proactive Quality discussions, as well as challenging situations
  • Experience with electronic / electro-mechanical product Quality, Design and Manufacturing
  • Experience leading Reliability Engineering organizations, including global Test Labs
  • Material/Regulatory Compliance background, with knowledge of international standards
  • In-depth knowledge of SPC / Six Sigma techniques, statistical analysis, FMEA, Quality Systems, Compliance and KPI development that drive Quality improvement
  • Sustainability (ESG) experience preferred
