Main Objective
Oversee the Robotics division’s operations and provide strategic leadership. Develop and implement strategic plans and company policies, maintain an open dialogue with stakeholders, and drive organizational success.
Role and Responsibilities
These responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Developing and executing business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals
- Reporting to the CEO providing market insights and strategic advice
- Developing and implementing business plans to improve cost-efficiency
- Maintaining positive and trust-based relations with employees, business partners, and authorities
- Overseeing and driving the company’s business operations, financial performance, investments, and ventures
- Supervising, mentoring and delegating executives in their duties
- Ensuring company policies and legal guidelines are clearly communicated
- Assessing, managing, and resolving problematic developments and situations
- Building and enhancing the company’s public profile at events, speaking engagements, etc.
- Act as a driving force in operational and sales processes and desire to contribute to Company’s Robotics division’s success and growth
- Act as a driving force to further develop our product- and service portfolio, in line with USA market needs
- Enhance cooperation with our external markets
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field
- Experience: More than 7 -10 years in the Automated MHE industry
- Experience in working in long and complex sales and negotiation processes
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic and business plans
- Minimum amount of travel: 25%
- Traveling abroad on business is advantageous
- Bilingual (English- Spanish)
