We are a boutique technical recruitment firm that is based in Costa Mesa, CA. We specialize in identifying talent in the IT and engineering fields, with an expertise in placing people who fit in seamlessly with our client’s unique cultures.

  • We place technical professionals in leadership and individual contributor’s positions with our clients nationwide (i.e. Mechanical Engineers, Project Managers, Systems Engineers, Software Developers, Directors, and Managers, etc.)
  • Two types of placement for our clients:
    Permanent Placement – headhunting talent for our clients within specific industries or skill sets
    Temporary Placement – project Based staffing for our clients with a temporary need

Job Responsibilities

  • Sourcing – researching and organizing new leads for their assigned recruiters
    • Strong business acumen that can come up with strategic and creative ways to get in front of top talent in our targeted industries
    • Attend seminars to learn about newest technology and tools to gain a competitive advantage over competition
  • Database Management:
    • Make sure all contacts in the database have correct information and are organized properly
    • Enter new contacts for future opportunities
    • Always make sure a contact or candidate is not already entered into the database
  • Job Posting Oversight and Management:
    • Manage, strip, and post new opportunities on the appropriate job board
    • Oversees all job board submittals from outside parties to ensure they are:
      • Quality
      • They are a good fit for the current position
      • They are quality and good potential for future roles
      • If a job submittal is quality, but not right for a current open role, the Sourcer (you) is to call the candidate, get to know what they are looking for, and insert their details into the database
      • Info to insert into the database: desired salary, specifics of opportunity they are looking for

Keys for Success

  • Constant collaboration with our recruiters. Get to know what ideal candidates are, and any current trends in their candidate industries
  • Communication – over communicate if necessary
  • Diligence and focus. This role will be based around research and working with our recruiters to find diamonds in the rough
